ni Textile Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer that bases its success on the fact that it possesses its own looms and dyeing equipment.

The company spent the previous year setting up weaving looms in Hokuriku that are able to handle ultra-thin textiles and produce fine materials with a count of 10 deniers. It also set up five jacquard looms in Nishiwaki. In the dyeing process, it has introduced a new, integrated production system with plain dyeing machines, tenters, and dryers. This system forms a part of its production system that is able to meet a wide range of needs from composite materials to synthetic fibres, achieving multiproduct and small-lot production with quick delivery times. Its positioning as a textile manufacturer is becoming ever more distinct and clear.

With synthetic thin cloth material as its point of departure, Uni Textile Co., Ltd. now handles more than 30,000 types of materials, including print, jacquard and dyed fabric, lace, composite silk materials, high-density fabric, triacetate, and ultra-thin cloth.

While putting effort into capital investment and cost-cutting, it has become renowned in Japan and overseas markets for its unique system that enables the immediate delivery of samples as well as the delivery of plain textiles within three days and printed textiles within seven days. This function has contributed to its steady business growth.

Since participating in material fairs in Europe, Uni Textile Co., Ltd. has also strengthened its efforts to develop materials that can compete on the front lines of fashion, winning support for its high-quality and original products. In September, the company plans to develop a new pleated textile for the Milano Unica and Premiere Vision.
